Quite a few years ago, we scored tickets to an after hours event - ended up cancelling last minute due to a hurricane! So this year, our trip happened to be during another event & got registered for the 24th. Well, despite being vaccinated & boosted, I tested positive for Covid & once again had to cancel the trip. Starting to think those after hours events must be a jinx for me!
We were able to book a trip for Sept. (with some moving around), got airfare with just paying a higher rate & cancel rental car without a fee. Looks like all we will lose is tickets for Cirque, so could be much worse!

Did you call Cirque an ask for a credit for a different show for when you go back?

I’ve been trying to call - waited on hold once for 2 hours! I sent 3 emails to customer service & finally got an auto reply that someone would contact me in a “timely manner” - or I could call customer service! Which I probably will try again but don’t hold out much hope.
Edit:
Gave calling one more try & success! No shows available for our rebooked trip, so they are giving us a refund!
