Default Selling Contract

Hey folks,

I may need to sell our contract and was wondering if anyone had advice on the best way to do it. I really have no idea what I'm doing here. Thanks.

second the tutas family recommendation. sold a big bc contract for me recently at excellent price. timeshare store also has recently sold two akv contracts me for quickly at an excellent price.

use a broker, well worth the 8.5% or so for them to handle.

Thanks for the info. I'm hoping we don't have to sell, but if I can't find a decent job soon I won't have a choice.

Good luck. Hopefully things will work out but you can gather info to be prepared if you do.

Hope things improve for you soon! Have you thought of renting to bring in some money?

Renting would give you some cash and you’d still retain ownership. Good luck on the job hunt!

I was in your shoes recently, hope it works out for you as it did for me (I ended up not selling thankfully). Just remember that if you sell you are looking at about 7-8 weeks until you get the money after accepting an offer.

That being said, it does appear to be a good time to sell if you really think you need to. It seems like anyone that bought resale as recently as 3-4 months ago may be able to realize a profit on their purchase, which is insane. I've owned a 100 point SSR contract for just 7 months and it looks like I have a good chance of making around $1000 on it by selling, and that is after using all the 2017 points (I'm replacing it with a BWV contract).

Good luck either way.
