Default Incentive on Split CCV/Poly Purchase

I don't remember seeing this subject discussed before so I thought I would mention it as an option. For any owner considering a direct purchase, at the point where the incentives for CCV and Poly meet, ($3520 at 220 points), you can split your purchase in two and have the incentive for the whole applied to just one. I wanted a small contract for Poly (would use studios only) and a larger one for CCV. My guide said it took an "Act of Congress" to get my request approved (an extreme exaggeration I'm sure) but I was able to get what I wanted--225 points at CCV and 50 points at Poly with the full $4400 incentive for a 275 point contract applied to the CCV purchase. I'm sure others could do it too since Disney offers everyone the same thing and it would also work with combined Poly/Aulani purchase.

I have done the same on previous purchases at other resorts.
