Default Wishing for Point Extension At BWV

I know there are many different view points and technicalities, but....

I would like it very much if Disney offered me an extension on my BWV points.

I couldn't agree with you more. I would love to see at least a 15 year extension offered. I own at several 2042 properties and would like to see extensions with the current expiration date I will only be 50 when they expire.

Own 255 BWV points that I would also love to extend. Turned it down on my OKW but would not turn it down on BWV (unless outrageous cost).

Sadly I doubt they would do it but as time comes close to ending for the contracts I get it. Our paperwork for our OKW was lost for declining, and per what the paperwork reads we are either owning the $25/point or we do have to sign the paperwork at the end. We might just pay if they let us. I have a hard time letting go of OKW (I feel the same there as many do about BWV).

I have no great wish for that. If some family member decided they might want it maybe but I know I definitely have no interest in paying now for use that doesn't start for 25 years. I'd only consider it much closer to the end date.

I own BWV but no desire to stay again at BWV so doesn't matter to me. OTOH, with OKW experience I doubt they will offer extension. Also don't forget their experiment of Poly and Copper Creek, renovated old resort to sell at full price.

You can buy direct in 2042 for whopping $500/pp, overly inflated point chart and MF at $10+ per point.

As much as I love my 270 points at BWV, not sure we would extend. Seems like the maintenance fees go up so much each year, there is no telling how high they will be by 2042! And then the sky is the limit for the next 15 years

I do not want to extend.

Those who say they would may feel differently once they see the cost. Of course the cost will be outrageous. It's Disney.

I wonder how many contracts/members will Disney lose in 2042. Can they weather the storm? Surely we have some value/ appeal or minimal reason to keep us around a little longer.
