Just read the whole trip and enjoyed hearing what you did. Sounds like you took your wifeís limitations into consideration and went at a nice pace. So glad that you were able to have such a nice trip. And of course, Iím sorry for your loss.

Always wanted to visit the bourbon trail. Maybe someday. We always traveled with my MIL. Itís our first trip without her and she is missed.[/quote]

Go to Kentucky in early November when the weather is cooler and Churchill Downs is running their fall meet. You can get a Millionaire's Row table seating with 6 course buffet, cash bar, betting windows steps away,and finish line viewing for $39 pp.
A day at the races and Bourbon trail is a great weekend outing.

Thank you. At our ages we are slowing down without considering my wifeís limitations. Even at our slower pace there is still magic to be found.
