Site Seems perfect. I also would not hesitate to do business with them again. Sharon is wonderful and always responded quickly to me and the seller. Don't let a website issue reflect their hard work and customer satisfaction.

After 7 WDW trips in less than 5 years (traveling from the left coast), we're finally biting the bullet and buying DVC. We found the perfect contract for us at DVC by Resale. Has anyone worked with them before? Any stories, good and bad would be appreciated!!

I'm sure there are plenty of happy customers out there that have bought from DVC by Resale -
All I can say is Shontel was slow with the phone calls and when we did get to speak I told her my offer, she told me to make sure it was my "best" offer. So I raised my offer. She presented the offer and 3 days later called me to tell me the seller wanted more money! I told her she asked for my best offer and I was firm with that- I wanted the contract but had such a bad taste from the get go - I won't be doing business with her in the future. Then on the other hand I have Sharon at fidelitey. She was wonderful and I'm glad I was able to buy a 24K contract from her.

If I remember correctly (it was 2004), we also used Shontell with DVC by Resale. Everything went smoothly, and I don't recall any hiccups or negotiating. To be fair, my husband did the buying, and he's rather implacable, so there probably was very little actual negotiating .

We just bought our first contract through Fidelity (Sharon). It was great. She called me back on a contract I wanted that was already spoken for but when it fell through, we got it! Would use them again!

Was it the OKW 70 (30 and 40) point one? She called me about it too. What did you pay per point?

Actually it is 100pt BWV contract - we are paying $65pp
