It depends on how many days you're going to have to browse the booths. I typically have several days so what I do is on the first day, since we're coming in from BCV, we'll head towards France and stop at the first booth that has something that catches our eye. We'll eat\drink and mosey around in that direction, stopping every few booths as something else catches our eye. We'll continue this way, skipping booths when we are full or still have a drink in our hand. We'll eventually end up in Mexico where we'll stop for a margarita in La Cava de tequilla, then finish the loop.

On another day, we'll do the same thing but hit the booths that we missed. We'll also spend time watching the concert which means I will have lots of Sam Adams Cherry Wheat.

Later in the week I look at what booths I still haven't been to\items I want to try and still haven't and then that becomes our goal as we go around the world.

Thanks! That sounds like a good plan. We will have one, possibly two days if anyone wants to go back for more Coming from the other direction, we'll start with Mexico first and make our way around. I guess we'll have to get the map and list of booths and decide from there. It's a first for everyone and I want it to be a good experience!

I'm just curious as to whether anyone has found any specific food items from last year discontinued? I can't find the ginger ice cream that I remember getting last year, I forget which booth. But I think that's carried year round in China. Anything else?

The Salmon from Canada has been replaced with beef and there are a few other swaps that I don't remember off hand.
