Wow; been worrying so much about finding the great deal and now wondering if I do that I would loose it to the monkey!!!!

Go for Animal Kingdom if you like it there. Not too much ROFR activity since they are not sold out. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to get a contract for somewhere between $50-$55 p/p especially if you are flexible with your UY.

Just passed ROFR!!

BCV, 160 points $72 pp, Feb UY. 160 banked, 141 bankable and all points forward. Yay!!

Checking the ROFR board on another site, there are no VWL that have been taken back. The ones that are waiting are all in the $50's.

I know of 4 contracts that passed in the last 2 weeks, one of them was mine 150 pts @ $55, one I saw was 150 pts @ $58, 150 pts @ $65, and 150pts @ $53. There was a report of one being ROFR'd in May but that was the first one since 2010 I think. Also, when you pull it up on the comptrollers site it looks like it may have been a death in the family rather that ROFR.
