It helps although with Disney he has never run out of ideas.

Enjoy your trip.
Disney did get permission from the Canadian government to shoot off fireworks on Pirates' night.

Our staff was great we had Laura from England as our server, Sant from Indonesia as the asst. server and John was our head waiter from India. John visited our table at least once a night to see if MIL was happy with everything.

Andre from Jamicia was a waiter we had in Oct. and came over to greet us too.
We didn't meet our stateroom host until the 3rd day (which I found a little strange) but he was very nice too.

I also made friends with a couple of CM in the stores too.

Day 4 St John, New Brunswick.

Our towel animal.

I forgot to mention on Day 3 that we had to change our clocks forward an hour. So we lost an hours slept.

Our excursion today was a little later and we had already adjusted to the hour so we went to Parrot Cay for the buffet.

We meet for our port adventure in Rock N Bar D the same as the day before.

This time we chose The Bay of Fundy Scenic Railway.
It wasn't as scenic as I had hoped.

After a 15 minute bus ride to the Railroad we rode it for approx. 45 minutes making three stops.
The first stop was to watch the reversing falls but since high tide was a couple of hours earlier we basically just saw the Bay of Fundy.
The second stop was to watch a dump truck dump wood chips into a large conveyor belt.
The third stop was a scenic overlook of the bay which was pretty.
Now we were also told since we were passing through peoples backyards some may wave but only with one finger.
I have no one to blame on my excursion choices but myself
however were limited to those who would allow a wheelchair.

After getting back on the bus for the ride back to the ship we passed the Carleton Martello Tower. Building began during the War of 1812 and was used in WW II.

Canadian flag.

Day 4 to continue.

Day 4 St John, New Brunswick continued.

After returning we had lunch at Topsiders.

DH and I went back out to walk around the town.

Some interesting carved statues.

This is a plague for those who fleed the US and were staying loyal to England.

On our way back to the ship we stopped at this bakery shop for some delicious cupcakes.

It was Pirate's night at dinner at Parrots Cay.
Here is a guest who dressed up.

The nighttime show at the WDT was an amazing magican/escape artist Scott Alexander.

We skipped the Pirate show and fireworks on the top deck.

That's a shame - I'm usually a sucker for railroads. It sounds like it definitely pays to do your research for the Canadian excursions.
