There's a points shortage, so we REALLY don't want you to get to a two bedroom. We'll notify you when you when we start accepting posts at MouseOwners II. Your new enhanced service will require twice as many posts to reach a new level over ownership but you won't have to rub shoulders with all the MouseOwner Value Members who climb in ownership by posting "Hi" "Me too" "Agreed."

More seriously, try refreshing your page and see if the count changes the next time that happens. There may be a cookie in your browser that hold you at the previous level for some reason.
