Welcome to Mouseowners.
I think they will come back and explain their post, but if not I would guess they're telling you if a $200 vet bill will seriously cramp your vacation savings (budget), then you need to estimate your expenses a little higher. This is of course all relative to how many people you'll be traveling with, type of park tickets, meal plan vs out of pocket, Big eaters (table service each meal) or snack eaters, (counter service or eating in your room), rental car or ME and Disney transporataion. Ect.Ect.Ect. A lot goes into budgeting for any vacation and WDW is no different. Don't be afraid to ask questions here. We love to help.
