Finally was able to watch the video. Yes, I would like charges pressed on that woman that kept yelling "stop" and "get down on the ground" and "there are kids here". Disturbing the peace would be appropriate.

I don't care where it is. I'm surprised it took so long for help to show up. And maybe the ToT CM's are trained not to intervene, but that poor old guy needed some help. Don't human instincts kick in? It was just one guy. Not a gang. The poor old guy took some shots, got tackled, and the ToT guy, who was much younger, I guess wasn't allowed to help? Good thing Kobe put on some pounds and was able to subdue him with some other people who cared. Drunks feel no pain, and he would have kept going after the guard.

Glad some people were unlike the dufuses jumping in front of the camera joking around, took it upon themselves to help that security guard.

Seriously... I was expecting the video would end with "Mr pepper spray" blasting the gal in the face. As it stands... it was hardly worth being on YouTube.

The use of pepper spray and the protocols for using it. IMHO I didn't think the security guard needed to continue spraying the guy. While Mr. Horlacher was being beligerent, it appears that at one point in the video his is merely standing and voicing some profanity. There appear to be ToT CMs attempting to do crowd control. However, as mentioned by others, it seems like some of the spectators (the lady) escalate the situation where CMs might have exercised some crowd control and move people away.

Overall, it's unfortunate that things like this happen, but fortunate that they are equally rare.
