If you ONLY want to stay at BLT, you should probably buy there. If you're okay trying other resorts (they're all enjoyable), then you have more flexibility about what resale to buy. There's lots of advice on here about the whys and wherefores of deciding to buy DVC (it's an expensvie long-term commitment). Have you tried a cash reservation, or renting, to give DVC a "trial run"?
