Default Room for New Epcot resort?

Not trying to start a rumor, just asking a question
I've looked at the map of the EPCOT area but I'm not very good at visualizing that type of thing. Is there room around EPCOT for another DVC resort aside from adding to Yacht club?
I'm having a blast imagining our future vacations and any add ons we may want, so it just had me wondering.....

Disney might be able to squeeze in a building or tower in a number of places. But if they wanted to build a full-scale resort, there are only two chunks of developable land in the "Epcot Area."

The first is along Buena Vista Drive, between the Hess Station and the Fire Station.

The other piece of land is hard to visualize without a map. It's land on the other side of Epcot Resorts Blvd. across from the Yacht Club entrance and parking lots. For you dreamers, the neat thing about this property is that it backs all the way up to the Epcot monorail. You could build a really nice resort there with it's own monorail station.

For city-planning geeks who want to see maps of all the land in WDW, what it's being used for and what it could be used for in the future, he's a great document: 2020 RDID Comprehensive Plan (warning - huge file.) There's a map on page 39 where you can see all the remaining developable spots.

A resort that was adjacent to DHS would be a welcome addition.
