Yes, we ordered beer last summer but We couldn't pick a brand since it depended on whichever grocery store they would purchase from. Ordered 6 pilsner type beers and 6 bottles of IPA. The lady on the phone had no knowledge of beer types so I had to give many examples of beer brands just in case.

I called in the items to add in to my original online order. In the end I realized we did not receive a receipt itemizing the price, but it was $43 which also included 1 lb of fresh Atlantic salmon filet I added by phone as well.

Still cheaper vs ordering at the hotel bars or the general stores in the resorts.

Not sure how u would order wine with all the different varieties but we just brought some from home in our luggage.

We ordered some budweiser recently and they called back straight away to say that this wouldn't be a problem and to check how many I wanted.

We ordered from wegoshop.com last month and here was my booze order:

"Any Sauvingon Blanc that is New Zealand, Marlborough, screw on cap, under $15".

She found us a great one. I have to say, I was very impressed.

Yes, I've ordered both wine and beer through them and it was no problem. Someone of age needed to be present to receive the order (couldn't be dropped off).

wegoshop will drop it off with bell services if you send them a copy of your i.d., if gg won't do so, and you won't be able to meet them there. We're getting in around midnight and wanted our stuff for the next morning (and a drink), and that's what I had to do.

Default Beer/Wine Delivered - mousehouseconcierge.com

just got back from a 9 day at a 1bdrm at BCV....miss it like crazy already...............Garden Grocer and We Go both dont have their license....Uncle Sam has to make his cut........we had huge success with Mousehouseconcierge.com....they are licensed, delivered on time, easy to work with, simple to order.......unlike Garden or We Go there are no hidden delivery fees, no "fuel surcharge until gas goes below $3/gal"...(its not going back to less then $3 a gal so just add the cost to the items and stop pretending its some hardship!).............

MouseHouse was great, the ladies were easy to work with, the site was easy to navigate, and they are the only ones that can apparently LEGALLY get you beer wine booze delivered.........AND THEY ARE CHEAPER~! item to item delivered, once we added up the cost + the delivery fee+ the fuel surcharge, MouseHouseConcerige worked out to be about $75 cheaper than Garden whom we've used in the past........

This is the first time I've heard about mousehouseconcierge. How long have they been around? Have any others used them? Thanks!

Default mousehouseconcierge.com

from what i know, they are relatively new...always taking a chance with a "new guy", but with the others unable to deliver beer wine etc, we took the chance......they were GREAT! no problem, easy to use, CHEAPER (big plus!).....leave it to the new guy to remake the wheel to run smoother and quieter than the other guy....i know im "nobody" but..... we used them, they worked, no problem...the best thing about forums is to spread the word of what works better.......and these ladies "work better"..............

next trip in 5 months??!!??? will use them again no doubt........

We've talked about this before, mlcsmith, but what do you order from there that makes it cheaper than going with wegoshop? I agree it's prob cheaper than GG. Because if I can save, I definitely will use them. I just don't see it. Here's why.

Wegoshop DOES deliver alcohol, as does MHC. Garden Grocer is the one that has the issue with delivering alcohol.

MHC charges you $19 to deliver alcohol, right? So if all you're ordering is water and alcohol, I don't know how you can save with MHC. You're paying the store (Publix) price for the alcohol at Wegoshop, which should be comparable to the store MHC uses. You're paying $4 for a case of water from Wegoshop, but $17 for a case of water from MHC. Even with the $18 delivery charge and $2 fuel charge, you're still coming out $15 cheaper with Wegoshop. The only way I can see it being cheaper to use MHC is if all you're ordering is a case of water. The more you order, the more Wegoshop makes sense, especially if you're ordering alcohol bc of the surcharge MHC adds on.

Not to mention, MHC only has about 7 breakfast items to choose from, and a limited amount of choices at relatively high prices for snacks and drinks. If you special order, how do they price it? We get all kinds of groceries and pay Publix prices, which are pretty low. Lower than all the stated prices on there.

I'm just asking because I definitely want to use the cheaper service. If it's MHC, I'll use them.
