Do you find yourself hiding the fact that you're headed to Disney World again? We typically go 2-3 times per year and inevitably we get the raised eyebrows and funny looks from folks who can't believe we go as often as we do. Luckily, my family lives in Florida, so I find myself just saying "We're headed down to Florida" rather than saying we're going to WDW. I even had a woman in my son's speech therapy office, when he told her we were going to WDW again, say to him "Going to Disney World is special, but you can't really understand that."

I hate that I feel we have to hide our trips or, if we do tell someone, explain why we never get tired of WDW. It can really take the fun out of planning for a trip

I have lived the secret Disney life for years.

I only tell my "close" friends about our Disney trips. In my business, Its acceptable to go away golfing 4 times a year or go deer/duck/elk hunting throughout the year. But go to Disney 3-5 times, there must be something wrong with me.

It is annoying. I got that too. After a while (years!) they may stop. If you show them photos of the resorts they may not say it so much!! People either get it or they don't. That is why I LOVE MO!! Everyone here gets it!!

I'm tired of hearing it too. We have three trips planned this year, one down and two to go. People are always saying "you're going again". I've been thinking about not saying anything about upcoming trips because I'm tired of hearing it. I also hear the "you must be rich to go so often". That gets old too. We work just as hard as anyone else. I budget and set aside money every month. I use FF for airfare and try to keep costs down. What we do with our money and time away from work isn't anyone's business. It's such a bummer we have to keep our Disney trips secret.
