Yeah, but none of your other predictions have come true yet. Not even the one that everyone actually though would – River Country.

There will be no where near 650 rooms either so I would suggest no predictions came to pass. I have no Disney insider friends but I can predict confidently that eventually, there will be a 3rd DVC offering on the Monorail line be it a redo of Poly with some DVC or something between the TTA and CR.
