For a long time there was a rumor that WDW (in the redo of PI to be specific)was getting a bowling facility that would rival those in Vegas. It would be able to handle huge tournements and other events. Wonder what ever happened to that (beyond it being just a bad idea).

I actually like the idea of a multi-purpose facility like this one. The huge bowling only one sounded like something that was best left in Vegas.

I just heard this today. I think it's great, especially that they are offering more than just bowling.

JenMax and I met bowling - so this is a very welcome addition. However, I don't think I will be carrying on or packing my bowling ball. I need the 16lbs for souvenirs! However, depending on the price of shoe rentals, I may pack those!
