Where are you staying?
We have watched games at PORS in the lounge/bar area near the lobby.
ESPN will be packed...

Go to the Wave Lounge at Contemporary. The game will be on and there is never a crowd.

I have personally stopped in there to catch basketball and football games. There is only two tv's in there, but I have never seen more then 15 people in the bar.

Since its the only NFL game on, it will be playing.

The Wave lounge that TomandRobin mentioned sounds like a good place.
We like watching big games in lounges with other fans..

None required for the lounge. You can get an ADR for The Wave restaurant. Most folks report that they had good luck with a walk-up to the restaurant.
I personally go to The Wave every trip because we really like it.
DVC Mike went there for breakfast several times on his recent trip. I haven't tried breakfast bit I certainly will on my next BLT stay.

I would think in the room itself you should have CBS (where the game will be aired). Outside of that maybe the pool bars if they have tvs, not sure. Magic Kingdom you likely won't have success at since there are no bars there, no tvs either as far as I know.
