Just wanted to say hello, and make sure everything is ok with you. Haven't heard from you in awhile and just wanted to check on you. Looking forward to hearing from you, and many thanks again for making my granddaughter's (and mine) dreams come true with our wonderful vacation we have planned.

Many of you have written sending your prayers and thoughts and we appreciate them very much.I want to thank all of those who have written and PM us with prayers and thoughts. We visited our my family for a week and now I am back, I am also posting again.
We had a planned trip to go to Disneyland at the end of August. I am looking forward to that.

Thank you all again for your heartfelt inspiration in your messages. This community is wonderful during the fun times but also when tragedy strikes.

We would like to rent a 2 BR (2 queen room) at Kidani AKV Savanna View for 5 days (229 points) Oct 13-18, 2010. The ressie will include 5 adults (myself, husband, Brother in law, mother in law, father in law) as well as my (then) 5 year old son & 2 year old daughter. This will be our first time renting, however we have done an enormous amount of research on DVC & renting. I know the 11 month window is not until Nov. 13, 2009, but we want to figure out who to rent from, pricing, & rental contracts so that we can reserve on 11/13/09!! We look forward to renting!! Hey Greenban,

I'm new over here. A guy named Jim over on the DIS rent/trade board told me about this board. He said you sometimes have larger blocks of points for rent. I'm a former DVC owner, but we sold our points when we moved to Florida in 2004. Now we're back in NJ (where we're from) and looking to take a big family vacation in May of 2010. I was looking to rent two, 2 bedroom Villas for 11 of us at the BCV. 628 points total. I've been a member over at the DIS Boards since 2001 and was a DVCer for 6 years so I know how it works.
