New DVCs

I'm guessing that quite a few folks will be getting the addonitis bug with the unveiling of the newest DVCs to be constructed at CR and the Poly. I know I'm already getting the itches.

Of course right now, DVC has no idea about any of this, so for now I'll just have to wait until something more official comes out.


EDIT: Addonitis bug cured by being advised that the person who stated that the DVC billboard was announcing the 2 new DVC resorts is a big fat liar! No new DVC's ... YET...

Perhaps because it is ummmmm. dare I say it--NOT true? Until I see the picture of this supposed sign I don't believe it. It could be a fact, but it is odd that if this sign has been revealed that NO ONE in MS knows about it. And there has been no announcement from DVC to the members.

It would be WONDERFUL to have a Poly DVC, I know many of us, me included, have dreamed of exactly that. But I am containing my excitement until I either see a picture of this sign or an official announcement.

Seriously? If that's true, it's great, but I never thought Poly was even an option? Someone point me to the info of a sign. I'm feeling way out of the loop!

I would sooooooooooo be all over a Poly DVC. Just my luck though. All I know is that it better not be for sale until Feb 2009. That is when our SSR contract will be paid off. Or at least if it is for sale, then darn it, it better not be sold out.

Well don't feel bad, I called too. I will just ask him - when he calls back - to see if he does have any inside info that he can share. And at least make a note that if there ever is a Poly DVC, be sure to call me.

Actually this makes me feel a bit better because Poly DVC is something that I would really want and I might stretch myself a little to financially thin to get it.

Someone else posted that they drove by the sign this morning and there is NOTHING about Poly or CR up there.

Well my guide called me and said it was just a general advertisement sign for DVC itself in a 3D type thing.

He said they had no word on any other resorts at this time. Said CR has been heavily rumored. Mentioned the Eagle Pines/Ospray Ridge rumor. Said something about AKL, Poly and even adding another wing to the Wilderness Lodge villas.

He said we would probably know before them and would get some kind of special offer.

So nothing yet.
