So here is the end of my trip report
Sat 12/3
As usual I ran and got me and Tammy breakfast (I sound like I complained about her a lot , but she truly is my best friend in the world and I wouldn't trade her for anything).
Then we packed and packed (after all these trips I still can't pack light).
I left what we did up to her, since we had to be back to SSR by 3:45 for ME, and she wanted to go stroll around MGM. And we ate at the Brown Derby for the 1st time. We really liked it. Love Cobb salads!
Got back to SSR by 3:45 and the 4:00 ME came right on time and we were off to the airport:boohoohoo

1 thing I forgot to mention at the begining of trip report-make sure you always double check to make sure your stuff is out of the in room safe!!!!
When we checked in to SSR, I wanted to put some stuff in the safe, found what looked like a cosmetic bag. I opened it and there were 3 checkbooks and almost $3k in cash!!!!!!
I panicked and called the front desk, asked for manager, and they sent the manager and a security guard to the room to come get it. I hoe the person got it back with everything intact.

But no good deed goes unpunished, as you know my camra was stolen later on the week:rolleyes:
That's the end of the report. If you are still reading-thanks!

Wow! You saved that person a LOT of $$ and hassle! It may not have paid with the camera, but it will pay off in teh end. :lovestruc

Isn't the last day always so sad? I always have to remind myself that WDW will still be there in the future!!!!

Fingers crossed on your camera, you never know.... Just like somebody was probably wondering what happened to their chequebook and their $3K (although I would definitely notice if I happened to misplace $3K!!!!) :hammer:

Hi Athenna,
Hope you had a very Merry Christmas!
Give Tammy a warm hug from me!
You are tainting your Snow White image with your tales of over-imbibing at PI....and I really wanted to know about the Adventurer's Club!

Wondering if the owner of the 3k ever wrote back to you re a major thanks?
I'm so sorry bout your camera....and I hope that it turns up, even at this late date.

Hi CB!
I had a great Christmas, I hope you did, too!
I will give Tammy a hug from you!
Hey even Snow White has to cut loose once in a while:beaniepro
Never heard anything from the owner of the 3k:mad:
Don't have to worry about the camera, Scott bought me a new one for Christmas:loveisint
I couldn't believe it, I cried! He knew how much that meant to me, and I knew it must've been difficult to afford to buy me a camera while buying presents for the kids. :beatinghe

That's wonderful! I know it's still awful to have had yours stolen, my biggest fear is always loosing the pictures that are in the camera, though! How's your new camera? Have you figured out how to work it yet? Took me about a week with my digital back when we got it!
And hey - the karma for the 3K may not be noticible - but I'm sure you've got a great positive glow all around you! Of course - sounds like you had that before as well!

I don't know what was more awful, the fact that the camera was gone, or that I was stupid enough to put it down some where.
I have been playing with the new camera, seems like it has more features than the last one, so that's more to pratice with.lol.
Thanks for the kind words:)
