Now that I am working out 5-6 days a week, I am finding that I would like to have a bra designed specifically for that, not that I am turning into an athlete or anything, but wearing one to workout in and then one to change into is causing me to wash my bras a lot more often and I don't want to wear them out. I would rather have a couple that I wear just for sweating, if you know what I mean. I have looked at Dick's and there seems to be quite a variety, and I am kind of lost, anyone have recommendations?
All depends on your front end. I'm quite partial to the Champion brand, esp. their CO2 line, but I'm very average up front, and like the strap-em-down, no movement that this model affords. If you are larger than an average B, I'd suggest trying something else, as this model seems to work with petite to average size breasts only.

Yep, I need a little more help than that. I am not doing any running, maybe some fast-paced walking. Champion is what I saw most of at Dick's. Wonder if I should try on-line, but I prefer to be able to go and try on before I buy.

If you can't find something that fits at a store, check out http://www.title9.com/
Email or call if you have questions, they are very helpful. I think they can fit anyone.

I really like Moving Comfort for larger sizes (D to DD). Oprah recommends Enell. Heard good things about CWX too.

thanks for the recommendations, I am going to have to check them out and find something I like, and I wasn't sure where to look. Google wasn't helping much, could be I should have put in something besides "athletic bras".

Carrie, your site recommends REI and I had not thought of going there. I have been in several REI's before and just never noticed "active underwear".

I don't have an REI by me. I usually get mine at Dick's.

The only brand I saw at the two Dick's in my area were the Champion brand, and they certainly didn't have anything in my size.
Has this thread started knowing specifically that THE viking is away and may be slow to respond?

We may just need to delete this when RWE has enough info. ;)
Oh, c'mon, I specifically used anatomically correct terms to lure him in! (And some slang too!)

no, but since that is the case, maybe it will be buried before he can chime in. :fingerscr

Someone has mentioned Junonia, anyone have any comments on their activewear? Prices seem a little high.
no, but since that is the case, maybe it will be buried before he can chime in. :fingerscr
What's it worth to ya for me to not bump this thread up when he's back?

If you have an Owners Locker, I could leave something in there for ya, of course, you would have to have it delivered to my room and trust me to return it? How many yuengling's would fit?

Now your talkin' my language...I'll get back to you.

Hey RweTHEREyet, have you ever been to REI? http://www.rei.com/online/FindStores.do?state=NC&radius=900
They sell sports bras and are having a sale right now. Check online to see if they have anything you are interested in.
I didn't think about this store until I went there tonight and saw the sports bras hanging there.

I was going to post an update, but couldn't find this thread and thought maybe it was pulled to keep Viking from running away with it.
I ended up going to the Hanes outlet by the airport and they carried the Champion in all sizes, and they were buy one get one half off, so I really lucked out. I ended up with 2 for $42.00. It is amazing how much better one of these feels comparing to a regular one. Wish I had started this search a few months ago.
