Preview Expedition Everest™
Members are invited to take a sneak "peak" at Expedition Everest — Legend of the Forbidden Mountain™ Jan. 26-29, 2006, at Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.

The new thrill attraction, opening officially in April, sends Guests on a high-speed train adventure into the Himalayas for a face-to-muzzle encounter with the legendary Yeti.

Each Member who presents his/her Disney Vacation Club Member ID during the sneak "peak" event may enjoy this preview with as many as three Guests. As an added bonus, you and your Guests will each receive a complimentary Expedition Everest lanyard and pin (limit one set per person during the four-day event). Disney's FASTPASS® service will be also be available during the preview.

I am going to miss it by 5 days. Airfare is too outrageous to fly down there just for the preview.

I doubt that my January schedule will allow for it. I did make the Soarin' preview this year, but I think that it was over sevearl weekends.

Having just stood outside EE for several minutes earlier today, I think htat I will definitely need someone to hold my hand on that ride!!!

Does this mean it is going to open fairly soon after the member preview?

I too will miss it and would love to have a chance in March to try it out

Color me jealous bvanoy! How long ar eyour staying for your Jan 1 trip? thre will be several of us down there for teh marathon. be sure and ass your trip to teh site calendar (near the top, bottom purple stripe, 2nd from teh left.)

We will be there Jan 5-16. My wife is running the 1/2 Marathon and then we will be back Jan 26-29 for the preview event.

Woo hoo! I'm doing the full, Chimera's doing the half. TEK224 is running too, but I don't remember which one. Good luck to your wife! That's great! Wish we were staying as long as you! We're only 6th to 13th, but I'll take it!
