Wouldn't it be nice if the dues were due in March instead of January? I mean, with the holidays coming up and credit card bills coming in January, it would be great if DVC could give us a few months break. We pay in full (using our Disney Visa to get the reward points) it would be nice to have one less huge bill to worry about in January. Anyone else agree? I know it's not a problem for members who have the direct monthly payments but I don't trust anyone having access to my bank account...including DH sometimes LOL

Oh well, I know it won't happen but it's nice to dream :blueflowe

We've had DVC take the dues out of our account for over ten years without a problem. We knew when we bought DVC that the dues would be do in January.

Yes, it would be nice. Our car insurance hits (and in NJ, that's not a small chunk of change :help: ), and our annual giving is taken out for our donations for the year.

Then the DVC bill is due! In January, I'm always convinced we're gonna be on the street any minute.

We knew too and took that into account when we purchased that they would be due in January. We realize that we are fortunate that we can pay it off all at once and still pay the Holiday bills in full. I think it's more of a psychological thing for me....it's a huge chunk of money going out in January all at once! Although now that I think about it, since we put the annual dues on the credit card, I guess we won't get that bill until February.....I'm feeling better already. :hyper:

Ahh, but if our dues weren't due in January, DVC wouldn't get 12 months worth of interest off all those millions of $$

I agree it would be nice if they were due later. We do pay ours in full too but it would also be nice to have a chance to get our tax refund back and pay the dues with that.
