14 Night cruise to Spain $38/person/night WOW

I wish that we could go but I could not convinence my family to get the time off in May. It is hard to believe that a 14 night Disney cruise with out insurance or transfers for 4 adults would cost only $38.12 per night. The same price as the dining plan for an adult at WDW. What a deal.

Did they run a deep florida resident discount that hasn't been posted for the return?
