Just wondering if anyone has ever tried nutrisystem before? How was it?
I need something to get me motivated. I figure if I actually have to pay alot of money, I'll be more dedicated. Once I get started and start seeing atleast a little bit of results then I usually go full-force. (Then I can drop any programs & work on it more myself) I just need that push! :help:
I tried WW a few times but since I am a really introverted person, I hated the weighing in stuff. The program itself worked for me but as soon as I started plateau-ing, I'd quit just so I didn't have to face the counsler. I know, I'm an idiot :whatababy

My SIL did this a couple of years back, she lost a lot of weight and looked really great, but as soon as she went back to real food, the weight came back on, and then some.

Does WW still have the online option? I know a lady who did it a few years ago and loved it. She didn't like the meetings either but loved having all the info online.

Rwe, I was afraid of that!
Ginger, I looked into WW online, they still do it but I don't think I would be disciplined enough to stick with it on-line. I would probably forget to go online all the time.
Thanks for the advice! I guess it's back to the drawing board! :jleave:

Who? Stimpy forget to go online? :lmbo:
Sorry couldn't resist. I totally know what you meant. I did online, and I was same way, no motivation. Even tried their Community board and they were way rapid. Not open arm friendly. Nothing like getting flamed for being fat to get your day started. I hated the meetings too. Felt like cattle going to get weighed before the butcher. That's just me. It was so motivating knowing you were being held accountable. The most weight I have ever lost was sugarbusters, as I could still drink red wine, LOL.
Good luck Stimpy finding something. I'll let you do all the research for the perfect program then maybe I'll join you. :magnify: Lord knows I need to drop at least 30lbs myself.

:hahahaha: :lmbo: :ROTFL: Good point! Maybe I should clarify that there is a big difference between coming here daily & going there :ROTFL:
Going to look into sugarbusters...that's a new one to me. :scratchch
