It's a wild, gamey meat so I'd pair it with a full bodied red. No wimpy mashed potatoes can stand up a yeti steak make it a large, firm baked potato.

Yes I agree a baked potatoe with butter and cheese yum now that would be good. So is it served as a prime rib of Yeti with yeti au jus?
