great site! one small issue web issues

just joined today - great site and thanks for all of your hard work. I do web design and webmaster for a school district and know how much work it takes to keep it up and running!

One problem I had was in the "contact us" link on the home page. It's trying to spin up Outlook to send an email and not being an outlook user (web based everything here!) I can't send you folks an email.

Thanks again for your effort here and I look forward to visiting this site often

I don't have that problem. If I'm viewing the page using IE, then the link opens up Outlook. But if I'm viewing the page using Netscape Navigator, then the link opens up Netscape Communicator.

The mods could correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that their Contact Us link is set up to go to whatever your default email configuration is on your computer. I know you probably use one specific type of email package, but that isn't always what your computer default is set to. And if you use a web-based email package, then it may not be able to become the default.

Melody's right. Typically, it pulls up your default e-mail service. You may want to check your settings. I'm no expert, though.
