Just wanted to share that I received a post card to fill in an online survey re my recent (excellent) SSR stay in October.
In the past, I have received invites for very long, tedious marketing surveys from WDW, but this one was different. (It was the first resort one I have ever received, after 100+ stays, and appeared at my mailbox which I use for DVC - my resort stays use my home address, so obviously they are looking for member opinions)
It was service and product oriented, and each question had space for a free format response of up to 650 characters. (Even answers like 'yes, I will return to SSR' required a written response before moving to the next question)
I was able to compliment a CM (who I had already thanked with a gift card while I was there) as well as comment on my feelings about the resort, food and beverage, transportation, recreation, etc.
Nice to see them collecting specific feedback from members.
