Just curious.
Also curious if anybody else has been frozen out since the big upgrade in the fall. I keep getting stock answers that don't help me get past the "black screen of deagh" and follow-up emails saying that the answer that I told them twice wasn't working for me should be sufficient enough to fix my problem.
