Where do we get Disounts??

My first visit as a dvc member is at the end of the month......Where do members receive discounts?? What do I need to do to get them???

When you check in, you'll receive a Portable Perks discount book. It tell you where the current discounts are.

Just ask and be ready to present your DVC membership card.

If you want to prepare in advance, you can visit dvcmember.com to see a list of discounts.

Let me know if there are specific discount categories you are looking for and I will post them for you.

As a sidenote, if you have an AP or PAP, the discounts can be larger using those - for example, higher discount on mini-golf and mouseboat rentals.

Also, a DDE card yields discounts on dining that are equal to or higher than DVC dining discounts.

While the "Portable Perks" booklet received at check in and the DVC Members' Website are the best sources of info on our discounts, I've found the info on AllEarsNet to be reliable and quite comprehensive. I especially like that it also includes info on AP discounts and DDE discounts - which many DVC members also have.
