Hello, my wife and I have bought into SSR and closed two weeks ago before the start of 2007. I was wondering if any one knew if any of our DVC purchase is tax deductible. :chat:

If you financed the purchase, the mortgage interest in most cases is deductible. Next year, the property taxes you pay could also be deductible.
