Just received '06-'07 vacation planner!

Just went to the Post Office and there was a nice big fat envelope for me with the Vacation Planner 2006-2007 in it! There was a even a little surprise bonus with it but Im not going to tell! :) Keep your eyes open for the mailman! :)

OMG ! I was just thinking about when will DVC be sending out the new planner.

Oh, I cant wait, we are uasually one of the first to receive mailings but the last mail we were the last, hopefully we are on the first list because of the merry mixer & the members cruise mailings, are you keeping up with me or have i confused you, LOL :hammer:

DW and I are negotiating on how best to use it, but when we turned around DD scampered off with it!

These books are getting alot smaller. Not that I mind, its our miney their spending after all, right?

I like the illustrations they used this year, but did enjoy seeing photos of members in past years.

When I came home Saturday from DLRP the planner and the surprise within was waiting for me, so I am not sure when it arrived. Hope you all get yours soon! Very nice bonus in there, funny thing is I saw it on Ebay and almost bought it, so glad I didn't!

I wish the planner was a little larger, would like to be able to fit 8x11 paper in it without trimming it down, but there are certainly worse things I have to deal with in life.

I'm sorry for those who are frustated they didn't get the new planners but personally I didn't find the new one all that different from the old one.

Maybe I'm just not observant, but for those who DID get the planner, did you find anything markedly different in this year's planner as opposed to last year's? Other than the picture on the front cover I mean. :beaniepro The information and the format looked exactly the same to me as my last year's planner.

The little bonus they sent a long was a nice touch, but the planner itself wasn't anything that made me sit up and take notice. I love getting DVC mail, so that in itself is always a rush. But don't anyone get too excited, once your wait is over and you get the magazine it's probably going to be sort of a letdown, as it's so similar to last year's.

I sit by the pool plotting & planning future, future vacations :goodvibes Besides that is the only real time DH decides to ask me all those important questions about the points and how many do we need and what if we do this, do we have enough points to do that....:faint:

OMG! This is exactly what I do! Love sitting by the pool with my calendar, and DH is always real motivated to talk future vacation time with a Saratoga Lager in hand. :goodvibes Almost all our trips are planned by a WDW pool!!
