Ok, it looks like we are going to be able to swing member cruise 07 (so excited).
Now, for those of you that have been on a Disney cruise before and have gone during this time, please tell me what happens (or would happen if you know) if a hurricane would be coming?
Do they refund your $$ if you can't go. Do you go anyway and just get super sea-sick or what is the protocal?

I have been on several cruises (step-mom used to work for Cunard) and I have gone to the Carribean (did I spell that right?) in July. You might get diverted, if necessary. Your best option is to get insurance, if you are concerned that their might be a problem.
Our one and only cruise was with DCL back in fall of '99. Some massive hurricane wiped out Castaway Cay about 3 weeks before - it may have been Hugo.
Anyway, we learned they sail no matter what. Immidiately following the storm the first cruise spent a few days trolling the FL cost. The next week they went to Key West. Our week, they took us to Cozumel for a day.
Our friends were on a cruise when some post-Katrina storm came through. They simply headed north and didn't land anywhere.
You will sail somewhere that's for sure. We still had a great time, though we sure wish we made it to CC. Oh well, we'll just have to go back some day.
