Decided to take the plunge and become DVC members(waiting for paperwork).

We stayed as "regular" guests at SSR and loved it.

It will be great to be able to relax and not have to run around the parks afraid we may "miss" something. Bought enough points to do at least 2 trips per year with the boys.

Yep, the boys include my DH :thumbsup: . The younger ones are 5 & 10.

I hope this doesn't sound shady but I wanted to make sure you were aware that DVC is currently running a special promotion that you can only take advantage of if you are referred to DVC by an existing member. With the referral it takes your price down to just $86 per point. If you are currently paying more than that, it shouldn't take anything more than a phone call to your salesperson to get the lower price.

We got back from our trip and were discussing how many points,etc. My DH was talking to someone at work and he his parents happened to be DVC owners, so we used them as a reference.

Should be getting the mound of paperwork in the mail today or tommorrow.
