Niece is 5 years old. Do I need a booster seat for her in the car? Anyone know what Florida law requires? Does it go by age, height or weight? Help.

We always take our booster seats to ensure safety on our trips regardless of the local law - the rental car companies charge what is our view, too high a price for rentals so we take them with us
