Has anyone been to this and if so who are the princesses that are usually there. We are looking at breakfast and really don't want to go to the castle for it any help and info on this place would be greatly appreciated.

I know they don't guarantee the same princesses (actually - they don't guarantee ANY except Cindy at the castle if my memory is correct), but when we went to this breakfast we saw Mulan, Jasmine, Aurora, Belle and Snow White.
We went for my niece's 3rd birthday and it was fantastic! They gave her special attention and she loved it. The boys knew all the "girls" because they love all the Disney movies still - the girly ones and the boyish ones.
One note, the do big seatings in this restaurant. So the princesses move from one section to the other so they don't overlap. I would make my ressie for the earliest seating in a time slot you can so you don't "miss" any of the visits.
Also, is family style - not buffet - which I definately prefer with small children. If its buffet style, I feel like hubby and I are constantly at the buffet tables and not enjoying our meal and we certainly don't get to eat together (which might or might not be a bad thing :hammer: hehe kidding.) We have yet to eat at Chef Mickey's because of this. I also will put off the Crystal Palace again until my daughter wants to go to see Pooh and friends.

Our family loves Chef Mickeys and CP we all go up together to get our food and come and sit down together then we take turn on subsequent trips to the buffet LOL. It sounds like Norway will be a good fit for our 4 year old she loves the princesses but doesn't want to eat at the castle she prefers Epcot to MK as does our entire family.

We just did it three weeks ago. Same Princesses. Aurora out front for photo ops. Menu was cinammon type rolls, bacon, sausage, scrambed eggs, cheesy oniony potatoes. Food was "character mealish" (i.e. I'd go to Spoodles or Kona if I wanted breakfast). My daughter was entraced. The princesses do move rather quickly through the room, I think that a lot of people are disappointed in character interaction because they expect too much. We were happy because we didn't expect much - its receiving line conversation, not a Princess to Princess heart to heart.

Thanks for the heads up and that breakfast is right up our alley the kids love eggs and bacon and toast etc so do I so it fits great with our meal choices.
