I am a Florida native which is why we are such WDW freaks! My husband and I grew up going there every summer so now we want to give those wonderful memories to our kids too!

I don't know what the percentages are right now, but once all the DVC owners from New York & New Jersey relocate to FL I'm pretty certain you'll be correct in your assumption that most are from Fl.
