AP Rates for December

This is the first time I've had an AP and I saw the AP rates for December... it's very tempting to make a quick trip while I'm off work for Xmas/New Years.

Unfortunately you are not eligible. You would have to have booked 60+ days out. The Best rate program sucks.

I just booked the AP Best Rate for Fri Sat night in March... I got Ft Wilderness cabins for 1/2 the rack.... sweet.

Has anyone called to see if they are releasing any additional AP rates other than the Best plan? When they originally released this program, they said they weren't doing away with the other AP rate discounts, but I was doubtful. I haven't even tried calling, but did attempt to get a best rate for Thanksgiving weekend recently and the web page laughed at me. :hammer:

Seriously??? So you can only get passholder rates 60+ days out? Sheesh...glad we bought DVC. Anyone know if they still have FL resident rates or is that a 60-day deal now, too?

Oh yeah... blah... but the Jan/Feb rate looks pretty good. Too close to my march trip though...

Almost positive no AP over the phone (havent tried myself thats why I'm not totally postive instead of almost:)), not sure about FL. rates. I believe that AAA is about it if there are any alloted rooms available.
