On the DVC member cruise, once you selected your cabin category, do you have any choice in cabin location or is it assigned for you?

Also, I noticed that it says in the information that

"A change to a reservation is considered a cancellation and rebooking. A non-refundable transaction fee of$75.00 will apply to all modifications associated with an S.S. Member Cruise 2007 reservation." \

So this means if I book a cabin for 4 and than there ends up being only hubby and I, I would have to rebook and pay a $75.00 fee, even if I keep the same cabin? Is that what this means?

You are assigned a cabin at booking. The best thing to do is have a print out of the ship levels when you are on the phone, tell them where you want to be and if there is a cabin available, they book you right then.

That is one very nice advantage to booking early. First pick!

Do you know anything about the charges if you make any changes at all.
