Has anyone tried this tour? We happened upon a group one time that appeared to be involved in it. Peter Pan and Wendy were leading them with a treasure map. Looked like fun!

I've done this tour and it wasn't bad, but it is rather kiddie oriented.

I am not sure if they vary the "script", but we were searching for Captain Hook's hook, which was supposedly missing. They have you do things like hop 3 times, jump 5 times and skip for 10 seconds to find the next "clue". Any adult would find the clues very obvious, and any kid over about 12 would too. There are also riddles and hints for clues, again, all with very simple solutions. They point out a few hidden mickeys along the way, and you get a little bit of WDW trivia, but mostly it's for the younger set. There was only one couple along that had no kids, and they looked pretty bored. It's nothing like the Keys to the Kingdom, where you really do learn a lot about the MK, Family Magic is more of a "fluff" tour. We also got to ride IASM with one of the characters, but I won't tell you who because that would spoil the ending of the adventure if you do opt to go

So in summary I though it had it's moments, but it wasn't something I would have done without my (then) 11 year old, (and I am a big kid at heart). if you have little kids I think THEY would enjoy it, but I don't think many adults would find this very intriguing. I didn't find it all that creative, especially compared to other tours I've gone on at WDW. I know others may feel differently, and I didn't hate it, but I would rate it as just OK.

Did it a few years back. Youngest was still in stroller so she missed out on much of it, with the exception Peter Pan sat her on his lap during Philharmagic and talked to her the entire movie.

My oldest was still a little too young for it, but enjoyed it for the most part. Got some great pics of her holding Peter Pan's hand walking around the park.

I think the best age is early elementary school age. They follow clues around the park and this age would be able to read a little and think the clues out better. Plus, they'd still be young enough to do the quirky stuff without getting embarrassed.

Worth the price to do something new if you've done the parks alot.
