Thats awesome Shan. I assume the show is in Atlanta. Is it traveling around?

Congaratulations on the tickets. We missed getting the Cheetah Girls tickets the last time they came to Dallas. We didn't even tell the DD they were here. Two weeks ago we got tickets to The Radio Disney Concert in November with Aly & AJ,
Hanna Montana and several other Disney groups. DD6's birthday is in two weeks and she'll be surprised to get to go. She just loves all the girl groups on Disney. She's even going trick or treating as Hannah Montana this year. She's been practicing all the moves, so she can "get it right". LOL The only glitch is in the frenzy to get tickets both the DW and I both got through to get tickets, so we either have to get rid of 3 tickets or I have to go (and that is not going to happen).:lmbo:

Yes, it is in Atlanta. Actually here about a week! It was a fluke I even saw it was going on sale yesterday on Ticketmaster. I had no luck getting Cheetah Girls when they came (I also didn't tell the girls they were coming.) and someone told me they were coming back so I went online to check it out. Turns out it is on NYE and we'll be in WDW, but I saw Disney's High School Musical and about had a fit! I got back on at 6 PM when they went on sale to the public and got some pretty crappy seats, but hey - I'm a happy camper!
I think I'm gonna wait and give the tickets at Christmas in a box with some real trendy outfit for them. They are gonna be ECSTATIC! :woohoo:

Shan,
Dillards was selling some HSM t-shirts awhile back, and Limited Too had some HSM shirts and notebooks (gotta luv their prices too :blech: ), just in case you haven't already loaded up on that stuff! I realize that t-shirts are not trendy outfits, but I just thought I'd mention it. I"ve been contemplating the new HSM mix/max for my middle child. Just trying to decide if I want to spend that kind of money on a child who doesn't take such great care of her stuff!:veryconfu Have you seen the mix/ max?

Thanks Erin. Are you talking about the new cameras or music mix sticks? I was thinking about getting the girls those cameras for Christmas for our NYE trip.

Okay, what camera's are you talking about??? Did I miss those? Here's a link to the mix max. The original mix stick was kinda like an MP3 player. The mix/max plays movies and downloads music. The movie cards look tiny (like a digital camera photo card). I'm so afraid Dd would just loose it. But it's so cute!

Cute!
This is what I was talking about -

It comes in three different resolutions. Value, mod and deluxe - kinda like the resorts, eh? :)
Cranky, this is gonna be one expensive Christmas. I best start saving. :help:
Erin, do you buy triples of everything? Since my girls are so close in age I have to buy doubles. :boohoohoo

No, I had not seen those camera's, but thank you very much, I'll be going out to look for one very soon! Actually, this will work out pretty well. I just bought DD3 a fisher price digital camera today for $54 at Walmart. I was thinking that DD7 wasn't going to be happy, because she is the only one in the family that doesn't have a digital camera. So at $19.99 this one will fill the bill.
I try not to buy triples of everything, but sometimes it's hard. Last year when the oldest 2 girls got American Girl dolls, DD3 kept saying she wanted one too. NO way was I going to spend another $85 on a doll for a 3 year old. I went to Michaels and bought one of their generic 18' dolls for about $15. She was happy with it, but she promptly got out the American Girl catalog and started searching for her doll!(She was only 2 at the time):crackedup I had to tell her that it was that it was an AG today doll, she bought it, but wasn't totally convinced because none of the catalog dolls was exactly like hers. Thank goodness my oldest (the non believer of the 3) covered me and said, "oh that's Kayla." Still today the doll is Kayla. Anyway, my point being, even though there is a big age difference, half the time they still want the same stuff. We only have 2 gameboys, so that always causes war too!
By the way, with all this HSM talk, we might need to make our mini meet at the HSM performance at the MK!

I was looking at the link again. I just realized what you meant about the value, and mod, deluxe. I think I would have to splurge for the mod. I think the fun of the digital would be seeing the pics you are taking on the back of the camera. It doesn't say where the cameras are being offered. Have you seen them in any stores yet?

No, I haven't looked for them yet.
I think a HSM mini meet sounds like an awesome idea! Have you already planned out your park days yet?

I know we are planning MK on Tuesday Jan.2. a least until about 3:00 (we have a 5:00 Hoopdedoo ressie). We'll also be there NYE, but I think you are planning Epcot aren't you? Besides, we'll probably be doing good to keep track of our own family members on NYE, let alone meet up with someone else! I usually plan the first few days and then after that we just wing it. So if Tuesday doesn't work for you, we can try another time, or meet up for a parade like we originally talked about.

Tuesday we're going to AK in the morn then I have a dinner booked and the kids are going to Sandcastle Club.
I've got MK Wednesday morn, MK Thursday night for Spectro and Wishes and MK Saturday afternoon. We also plan for Fantastic @ 8 on Wednesday.
Too much planning, I need to get a life! :blech:
