License to Grill/Electrical Water Parade music

Does anyone watch the tv show "License to Grill"? It's a cooking show that comes on FoodTV in Canada and Discovery Home in the US. Sometimes the show uses a snip-it of music that sounds exactly like the Electrical Water Parade music.
