So Lisa and I are using a personal trainer now and I have to say it really makes a world of difference other than my not following my eating plan my bad LOL I have found that she is great to work with. She keeps the drive going in you to succeed so along with 5K a night 5 nights a week after work I am in the gym 3-4 days a week now. I have to date lost 13 pounds and 4.5 inches from my waist and this is in just a matter of 7 weeks I highly reccomend finding a very good trainer and working with them yes it can get a little expensive we are paying 65.00 an hour but she is not charging us for Lisas workout and time so we are both going for an hour each for the 65 bucks rather than the usual 130 for the 2 of us.

Good job DSNY FN!
I've often thought about going back to school to become a PT. But the "good" certifications are $$$$ (ie, not in my budget at this time). :)
My personal trainer is Amber.
Amber is ice cold, has great body and weighs all of 12 ounces.

If Ambers real name is Yeungling then I can see that being a PT it would make me vomit till I lost all that weight and gave my abs such a workout they were rock solid LOL.....
Ginger our PT went to school for Kineseology (fancy name for Phys Ed LOL) she worked for years for a large club in Canada GOODLIFE she finally got tired of working for somone else and decided to open her own studio. She offers many different classes including pole dancing LOL.
