We had a NordicTrack recumbent stationary bike. Long story short, it broke and was unfixable. It was good while it lasted, but only getting a few years of use out of $$$$, is not a deal to me. DH wants to get another one "sometime". (I want a treadmill)

If you own one would you: tell me how you like it, how long you have had it and what brand it is?

Thanks!

DW & I had been taking spin classes at the Y. The different Y's have different bikes and sometimes you had to get there early to get a good bike or one with clips (we both have bike shoes with the Shimano clips). So around the first of the year, we bought a demo Star Trac spin bike http://startrac.com/products/bikes/pro_spinner.asp

I normally ride on Saturday mornings while DW is tri training. I'll just turn on a movie on HBO on Demand and spin for 60-90 minutes. Gives the feet a break from pounding the road.
