Hello Chaps, my first post.
We bought both of our contracts this year, resale 150 at OKW and 210 at BWV. I made sure our contracts had lots of banked points included. We have booked 20 days in total for October/November, The first 4 nights at RPR Universal and then 8 nights each in 1 BR's at OKW and BWV Boardwalk view. I used all the banked points and 14 points from this years allocation. The other 346 I have banked for next year. We plan to visit WDW again in May and October 2007 and get our monies worth from our Premium annual passes and DDE card.
If folks are looking to buy into DVC make sure you ask about contracts with banked points. I hope to learn lots of tips from this Forum and maybe share a few as well.
