I ordered my AP today using the DVC discount. I should receive the AP voucher in a few days, but I'm wondering since I won't actually receive my AP until I arrive in March 2006, how can I access the AP site to check AP rates and book rooms that way?
Do they have the AP number that is required to enter the site printed on the voucher?
I'm going for 2 weeks and the first week I'll be at BWV, but the 2nd week I'll be staying somewhere non-DVC (maybe YC, AKL, who knows!). I just need that AP rate.
Thanks for any help.

If I am recalling correctly, I couldn't access the site with just my voucher.
You can do one of two things: Call CRO directly and give them your voucher # (presuming that you want to make room reservations??? If you want to make any other kind of ressies [e.g., tours, water sports, etc., you just call, tell them that you're an AP holder and they say "OK," and you're good to go]), and they can do that for you. Or, alternatively, call a Disney travel agent, tell them that you're an AP holder and they can do that for you.
It's screwy (or at least it was), I know. HTH.

There is a number on teh back of the voucher I think it is that is required to access the site and book rooms with the BRP.

Mary from Mousesavers.com posted the methodology for using an AP voucher code to access the AP holder site. Check this site:

Let us know if it works!

Thanks, I'll try that as soon as I get the vouchers!

Wonder why mine wouldn't work, then??? I had the actual physical voucher (from the SSR add-on), not an e-mail. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I was a passholder previously, but allowed the old one to lapse to take advantage of the new voucher??? (I was using same e-mail address...) Bizarre.

I called CRO today to see if I could get the best rates even though I haven't gotten the AP yet. They weren't very helpful. The lady told me that my AP number would be on the voucher and I could use that to access the member website when it arrives.
I guess she missed the part where I said I wanted check rates because my boss is pushing me to get the ressies now so that we all definately have places to stay while we are there. :faint:

I think that I saw 'somewhere else' that you can call CRO bwn 2pm and 5pm EST and they will check an AP rate without having to go online. People were even able to book this way over the phone....
Good luck!

You are correct this is apparently the new AP policy at CRO they will only fill AP calls and requests between 2-5 PM.
