Each day a program is hosted by a prestigious wine authority, and in addition to the tasting, a continental breakfast, and a wine pairing luncheon is included in the fee. A certificate of completion will be presented to each attendee. Theme Park admission is NOT required.

Chefs A’ Field, Culinary Adventures that Begin on the Farm
Hosted by PBS and Whole Foods Market Inc.
Travel with well-known chefs to the field and then back to the kitchen, where the ingredients are magically transformed into some of the most delectable dishes from the menus of America’s finest restaurants. A featured chef and his or her favorite purveyor will bring the acclaimed PBS
television series to life on stage. The event includes a three-course lunch with wine, a copy of the PBS Chefs A’ Field cookbook, and a lasting impression of a unique experience!

The Odyssey Cooking Schools
Hosted by Saveur Magazine
Enjoy the opportunity to participate in an interactive cooking and learning experience with the experts. A Walt Disney World® chef will assist each class with a visiting chef and guide teams to create a themed lunch. Students will gather at the table at the conclusion of the class to enjoy their meal with appropriate wines.

Wednesday, Oct. 11 Turkish Treasures - Hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous feast prepared by the chefs from the famous
Topkapi Palace in Istanbul! Discover, smell, and taste the true flavors of the Turkish landscape,
where food and wine are deeply steeped into this rich and colorful culture. Live Turkish
entertainment will enhance this memorable experience!

Wednesday, Oct. 25 Exploring the Inca Trail - Hosted by the Peruvian Tourism Board
Peru is gifted with lands and seas of divine abundance and this event will take you on a journey
to discover the exotic flavors and good cooking from this unique country. Top regional Peruvian
chefs and live music will make this evening truly for the gods - Perú, mucho gusto!

Wednesday, Nov. 1 Dia De Los Muertos - Hosted by the Mexican Tourism Board
On this special day, also known as the “Day of the Dead,” prominent Mexican chefs will honor
cultural traditions and pay a special tribute to their Mexican ancestors with celebratory food
and drink from their regional tables. Colorful and talented Mexican musicians will enhance
the festivities!

Thursday, Nov. 2 A New England Brewer’s Tale - An Evening with Jim Koch*
Hosted by The Boston Beer Company Inc., Brewers of Samuel Adams Beer
Enjoy a lively dinner with Jim Koch, founder of Samuel Adams Beer. Mr. Koch will take you
through the history of beer in America and surprise you with great food and beer pairings.
*This dinner will be held in The American Adventure Pavilion.

Wednesday, Nov. 8 One Spice, Two Spice
Chef Floyd Cardoz from Tabla, the temple of new Indian cuisine in New York, will stir up a little
magic for the evening by combining the heritage of Indian herbs and spices with the freshest of
American ingredients. The event is guaranteed to be a stellar occasion with traditional live Indian
music throughout the evening.

Signature Restaurants Around the Walt Disney World® Resort
Join a Resort Signature Chef and his guest chef for an evening of superb food, amazing wines and good cheer! The wines of 2 or 3 wineries will be presented by a winery principal. Location: See each specific venue
6:30 – 9 p.m. - $145 per person, plus tax, gratuity included for Oct. 8 and Nov. 5.
