My dd will be turning 19 (!) while we are in the World this coming November. I would love to do something fun and different to surprise her with. We have ressies at Chef Mickeys for her birthday dinner but other than that... any suggestions?

-after dinner, go to the observation deck (same floor as CM's) to watch Wishes, then monorail over to the Poly, walk out to the beach and catch EWP. If it's an EMH night at MK, after EWP go over for an ice cream on main street.

-If you're up for a late night, go to PI to catch the midnight fireworks (preceeded by a stop at the candy store)

-A birthday cruise can be alot of fun (before dinner, or for Wishes)

HTH!

Definitely ask for the birthday button at the parks. You can get them at Guest Services, and each park has their own, although I think we got two that were the same, maybe MK and AK? Anyway, the cms will all wish her happy birthday, and may do other fun things as well. They had everyone waiting at rope drop at Epcot sing to my daugher. She was turning 7, but it would be interesting to see what they'd do for at 19 yo!

We told the CM's at check in it was DS's b'day and they brought baloons and a signed character card to our room later that evening. He was thrilled! The buttons are must have - our son was wished happy birthday by all the CM's that were close enought to see the button, and many times our entire group was allowed to stay on a ride and ride twice through!!! Also - when you get the button, they may give youa special fastpass to use on any ride you choose. Have fun!

I suggest sipping desert at CM's and heading to Beaches & Cream for that and let them know it is her B Day they will get the whole place involved in singing to her. We do this for my DW every Dec as we are always there for her b day in Dec next time we will be on the cruise for her b day. After B&C go and rent a surry bike and take in the sights at a slow pace around the BW and BC areas.

Thanks guys some great ideas here! :)

Is she too young for Adventurers Club? I have never been myself but have heard great things about it...

My inlaws love teh place (adventurers club) but I myself find it boring but that is just me I prefer going to the comedy club or to Manequinnes for some dancing.
